Orders
How do I receive my order after purchase?
After your payment is confirmed, your purchase is automatically delivered to your account. Log in at any time and visit your 'Orders' page to access your products.
My order says delivered but I didn't receive anything — what do I do?
First check the orders page on your account. If it's still missing, contact support with your account email and we'll sort it out.
How long does delivery take?
Digital products are delivered instantly after payment is confirmed. If it's been more than a few minutes, something may have gone wrong — reach out to us.

What do I do if the product isn't working?
Reach out via Discord or email with your order ID and a description of the issue. We'll replace or re-deliver anything that doesn't work as described.
The item I received doesn't match the listing — help?
That's on us. Contact support with proof (a screenshot works) and your order ID, and we'll make it right with a replacement.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.
I was charged but my order didn't go through.
This can happen if a payment is pending or your session timed out. Contact us with your order ID or the last 4 digits of your card and we'll resolve it immediately.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products. However, if something doesn't work as described, we'll replace it — no questions asked. See our for details. Refund Policy for details.
