No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are final. Once an order is placed and a product is delivered, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to read the product description before buying.
We'll Make It Right
If what you received doesn't work as described, that's on us to fix — not a refund, but a replacement, a fresh delivery, or whatever it takes to get you a working product. Reach out with your order details and a description of the issue, and we'll sort it out.

Requesting a Replacement
Contact us through the support widget or Discord with your order ID and a clear description of the problem. Replacement requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and require proof the product isn't working as intended.
